• Due to the complex nature of homeopathic prescribing, it is not within the scope of the online treatment service to give any elaborate explanation on the prescription. Homoeopathy treats person as a whole along with the disease. Treatment is based on selection of the medicines having similar symptoms to that of the patient suffering from disease (symptom similarity). It is the skill of a physician developed over the years of practice.
• We use standard and best possible medicines available and they are dispatched through courier/post. As the medicines are sent to you by postal route, there may be delay or damage on the way. The owner or the site will not be liable for such damages and delays if any, though our policy is to be friendly to the patient complaints, and we would in most cases replace damaged medicines at the least cost possible.
• Patient is advised to take the medication exactly as it is prescribed. If you have doubts, feel free to call to understand the exact process. In any case, do not continue medicines beyond the prescribed duration, it would be entirely at your own risk and can prove hazardous for your health.
