Payment Terms and conditions

1. The payment has to be made in advance.
2. For custom clearance: We would need to attach a declaration from you as well as a photocopy of your passport. Once the payment is made, we will send you the format. You can either scan or send us digital photographs of your passport’s first and last pages.
3. We usually dispatch the medicine nationally and internationally through DTDC courier. In case of inability of DTDC to deliver, we may use some other company. We won’t be responsible further after the tracking number for the parcel gets generated. You can track it online and in case of any delay, you should contact the courier company directly. We won’t take responsibility of the delay in delivery or misplacing of the parcel, nevertheless we will assist you as much as possible in resolving the matter, in case it happens.
4. In case, Courier Company is unable to deliver the parcel at your country / city. An alternative arrangement will be discussed with you. In extreme situation, we can offer ‘Consultation only’ mode, where you can buy the medicine on your own after we send you a prescription.
5. In case of patients residing out of India, the above charges are based on the estimation of sending a courier once in 2-3 months. If your individual case needs a monthly supply of medicines, extra courier charges might apply.
6. We have made it very clear here itself about our charges and we ensure that no additional or hidden charges are applicable besides this.
